We developed a tasting menu pairing the specific beer to each type of unique spent grain featured in each course! Its all about circular ideas making delicious outcomes!

amuse local tomato & local almond crusted chevre, basil, local micro greens, herb stem infused extra virgin oil, sartori parmesan crisp seared
canadian walleye cake, charred local sweet corn relish, cob stock butter sauce, confit local tomato
D.C. beer grained mini pretzel bite, smoked pulled pork, oaxaca & D.C beer cheese sauce, local fennel slaw, sea salt
grilled strip steak skewer, market vegetable skewer, roasted red pepper olive oil emulsion
